Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026 · Methodology version m-2026-05-001

1. Synthetic-only data

The Sanction Testing Portal is provided exclusively for testing screening engines against synthetic datasets supplied by Compliance Analytics. You agree not to upload any real customer PII, transaction records, or production sanction-list data through the portal.

2. Workspace and account responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your workspace credentials and for any activity performed under your account. Workspace owners may invite, demote, or remove members and are responsible for the access granted to those members.

3. Reports and retention

Reports are methodology-stamped and retained for seven (7) years by default to support audit reproducibility. You may request earlier deletion of a specific workspace via written request, subject to applicable regulatory hold periods.

4. Benchmarks and peer cohort

Peer benchmarks are computed from anonymised, aggregated Round B results across all participating workspaces in your cohort for the relevant quarter. No individual peer is identifiable, and no inputs you upload are shared with other workspaces.

5. Limits of warranty

The portal helps you measure your screening engine against a controlled synthetic corpus. It is not a substitute for independent legal, regulatory or audit review and does not constitute compliance certification on its own.
